Crafting
The crafting system is located inside the Mining Quest and can only be accessed after finishing the Quest.
Unlocking the crafting system:

Start the Mining Quest by talking to Craft Man
You need to buy a pickaxe first. You can buy them in the token shop.
That pickaxe may break. It's not infinite.
Craft man is asking for 10 each of the following ores

Once you have finished the Mining Quest and obtained your enchanted pickaxe, you unlock the crafting system.
The enchanted pickaxe cannot break.
To access the crafting system, use the crafting machine.
